Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, supplies, services, installations, and
repairs provided by Sultani Engineering Services. By confirming an order or making payment, the
customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotation Validity

All quotations are valid only for the period mentioned. Prices may change after expiry due to
exchange rate fluctuations, import duties, freight, or supplier pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, 50% advance payment is required and the remaining 50% must be paid
before or at delivery. No delivery or installation will proceed without full payment.

4. Delivery & Dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers to the customer once machinery leaves our
premises. Delays due to logistics or force majeure are not our responsibility.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Machinery is checked before dispatch. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Used / Refurbished

Machinery
Used machinery is sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Cosmetic
condition is not guaranteed.

7. Warranty

No warranty is provided on used machinery unless mentioned. Warranty does not cover electrical
fluctuation, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Installation & Utilities

Customer must ensure proper electrical supply, water, drainage, and space. Damage due to
improper utilities is not our responsibility.

9. Returns & Refunds

No return, no refund, no exchange policy applies unless agreed in writing. Advance payments are
non-refundable.

10. Spare Parts & Service

Spare parts and service visits are chargeable unless agreed otherwise. Availability depends on
supplier stock.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, production loss, or profit loss. Liability shall not exceed invoice
value.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters,
strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction shall be Lahore
courts.

14. Right to Amend

Sultani Engineering Services reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior
notice
